• Foster collaboration and leadership both in-house and with project primes and subcontractors.
• Assist with company growth and business strategies.

• Develops cost estimates and budgets. 
• Perform job turnover meetings with Project Management. 
• Coordinate with project vendors for project quotes. 
• Prepare time estimates for projects. 
• Assist Project Management with project manpower. 
• Prepare project schedule of values for billing. 
• Perform site walks and inspections prior to Estimating.
