Design Assist
Design Assist is a collaborative preconstruction approach in which the Owner engages a contractor to assist during the various design phases with constructability reviews, field surveying, budgeting, prevention through design concepts and supplier input on material lead times and technical information to create a more team friendly construction project that is aimed toward reducing change orders, maintaining schedules, building relationships and ultimately providing continuous customer satisfaction by maintaining transparency within the construction partners.
