Building automation and controls provides the centralized control of a building’s various MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems. These management systems provide not only highly intelligent monitoring and alarming of a building's most critical systems but also control of the most basic of systems in a building such as room temperature, lighting control, etc. Such controls are intended for maximizing a buildings efficiency and effectiveness for the atmosphere desired.
